The uterus is located in the middle of the pelvic cavity in the frontal plane. If the location of the uterus is not corrected, it can influence the circulation system and the nervous system. Bending or inflection of uterus can cause the blockage of blood flow, clogging the lymph and energy Qi. Uterus and its nearby organs can have blocked the natural flow of energy and blood, and such state can cause complication.

Castor oil compresses

Most of the women are unaware of it, and that’s why our internal organ can move. Thus – undoubtedly proper posture is being the first in step to take to keep your uterus in the right place.

 

You can add some physiotherapy, or Feldenkrais exercise, yoga or pilates. If your work requires lots of sitting, make sure that to sit correctly and to stand up that for 15 – 20 minutes.
