My name is Angie Spuzak and I am a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant or Nutritionist.
I work with women who want to achieve hormonal balance – and all the perks that go along with doing so. From a nutritionist’s perspective, we will work on healing the gut, balancing blood sugar, liver detoxification, optimizing adrenals, making changes in lifestyle as well as discovering our connection to the feminine.
