I came across Angie’s 14 Day Detox Challenge in her Thriving Hormones post of Facebook. I don’t normally join such things because I have trouble staying motivated but this one was of interest. After signing up I received the necessary information which included lifestyles tips, a daily plan and delicious meal recipes and a shopping list.
